Here at C4Cuk we tailor make a support contract that not only covers your business but also your budget, and we specifically target areas your business may be at risk, prioritising the serious problems first.
With our proactive support contracts we will know of an impending problem, before you do, and will have already started the repairs before it seriously affects your business.
Included in all support contracts are
Daily Backups (On and offsite)
Daily Antivirus updates
Daily Operating system updates
24/7 event monitoring hardware and software
Weekly AV and Malware scans
Weekly Defrags
Call outs (If we need to visit you onsite)
Email and Telephone support
DNS Server services
Remote access (Working from home)
General user and computer administration
This would average 15 hours per calendar month
A Typical example of that with a non contract customer would be in the region of £525.00 plus vat remotely and £975 onsite
OUR CONTRACT PRICES are less than a 5th of the price you would pay on a reactive support call,
The services we provide are Proactive - this means we constantly monitor and maintain your network and deal with issues before your network PC's have been affected.
As opposed to Reactive - which means you call us only after you server or PC has gone down. Virus infection faulty hardware etc etc
The difference between them both?
Simple, Downtime and productivity.
If your server is down, so are your employees, and if it was a reactive call, we wont know what the problem is until we arrive this equals downtime and a cost per hour whilst we investigate
If it was a proactive contract and your server goes down, we will know what the problem is already, we will be there within 4 hours and there wont be any additional cost to you other than the standard monthly charge.

Half Price fee to repair home computers for you and all employees.
